Shipping methods

All orders are shipped via Express Courier , to ensure speed and reliability in delivery. Shipping is free for all orders in Italy.

The customer will receive a tracking code for the shipment by email by the evening of the day the shipment takes place. With this code, it will be possible to be updated on the status of the shipment step by step.
Order preparation times

All orders received before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are prepared and delivered to the express courier by the next working day.

All orders received after 4pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday, are prepared and delivered to the courier after two days (excluding Saturday).

For example, an order received on Tuesday afternoon at 5pm is delivered to the express courier on Thursday.

Order delivery times

The express courier takes 24 hours for delivery throughout Italy except for the regions of Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, where delivery is expected in 48 hours.

Summary of total delivery times

In summary, all orders received before 4pm are delivered within 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday), except for the regions listed above. All orders received after 4pm and on weekends are delivered within 3 days, excluding the regions listed above.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, it is possible to return the purchased goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.

Return and refund request (no exchange):

To exercise this right, you must, within the terms indicated, access your personal area of ​​the site and click on "order history and details" and then select the order for which you wish to make the return.

After filling out the form with the requested information, you will need to ship, at your own expense and with a courier of your choice, the product(s) you intend to return.

You must make the return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Once the returned product has been received, Corso11 srl will proceed with the refund via PayPal (for payments made with this method) or bank transfer (in the case of payments made by credit card or cash on delivery) of the price paid for the product/products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised.

Return and exchange request (size or item):

In case of exchange, after receiving the request, Corso11 srl will, at its own expense, collect the package containing the item/items to be returned at the address specified in the email sent.

To proceed with the item/size exchange, you will have to place a new order on www.rosicorso11.com and specify, in the order notes, the wording "new purchase for item replacement".

In the event that the new order is for a lower amount than the original order, Corso11 srl will refund the difference.

Returns and exchanges (size or item) in store:

It is possible, both in case of return and in case of size or item exchange, to return the items purchased on rosicorso11.com to our physical store in Via del Corso 11 – 50122 Florence (FI)

In the space dedicated to messages, enter the words " request exchange in store ".

In case of return, the company Corso11 srl will provide, after the return of the goods, a refund.

In case of exchange, you can, at the same time as returning the goods, make a new purchase directly in the store.
